The compound that runs itself.

kmpndi turns your compound's map (zones, buildings, units, owners) into live gate access. Residents issue their own QR passes. Guards scan. You stop managing lists.

Your gate still runs on paper.

Guest lists on WhatsApp. Worker cards nobody checks. Tenants who moved out months ago and still wave their way in. The guard does their best with what they're given, and what they're given is guesswork.

  • A blurry photo of an ID card

Forwarded three times on WhatsApp. The guard can't tell whose guest it is.

    Unreadable
  • A laminated card from last year

The contract ended, but the card still gets a nod at the gate.

    Expired
  • A face the guard remembers

The lease ended in spring. Nobody told the gate.

    Revoked?
  • Three calls to three villas

Nobody answers, the order waits at the barrier, and the resident is angry.

    Unknown

kmpndi replaces the guesswork with one rule the gate can check: who owns or lives in the unit, and who they said may come in.

Map it once. Access inherits.

You draw your compound in the admin app: gates, zones inside zones, buildings, units. Grant a unit and kmpndi opens its building, every zone around it, and the main gate. Try it: pick a unit.

Example compound · pick a unit
Tower A2 · lobby door
Clubhouse · facilities

Villa Zone B · barrier
VIP Zone · gate
Compound · Main gate A

One pass for every kind of visit.

Residents create them in the app and send them on WhatsApp. Every pass comes from the resident's own right, so it can never outlast it. The gate checks the window, not the guard's memory.

The last three are what the gate sees when a pass isn't good.

Sell a unit. The keys change hands.

Access in kmpndi comes from ownership and occupancy, recorded like a title deed. When a unit is sold or leased, the right people gain access and the wrong people lose it, automatically. Nobody has to remember to update the gate.

Ownership moves to the buyer

kmpndi makes the buyer the resident and gives them access to the unit, its zone and the main gate.

Her family gets in too

Each family member gets their own access, and it ends the day they leave the family.

The tenant takes over the gate

While a tenant lives there, only the tenant can invite guests. The owner's access pauses and comes back when the lease ends.

Every change is recorded: who granted what, to whom, and when.Companies work the same way: their admins manage their staff's access.

Names are illustrative.

The rest of compound life rides the same rights.

Once kmpndi knows who lives where, everything else in the compound runs on that record: the pool, the pharmacy, the broken AC, the second car.

Four apps. One set of rights.

Each person gets the app for their job, and every app reads the same ownership and access record.
